Origine du miel de Manuka

Our commitments: sustainable, ethical and superior quality Manuka honey

Because Manuka honey is a rare gift from nature, our brand is committed to offering it in a responsible and exemplary manner. Our commitments reflect our values and our vision of sustainable, ethical, and quality-focused beekeeping. Here are the pillars that guide each of our actions:

Authenticity and premium quality

We guarantee 100% pure and authentic Manuka honey . Each selected batch is harvested in New Zealand and then analyzed by independent laboratories to verify its methylglyoxal (MGO) concentration and UMF/IAA index. This quality commitment ensures that the product you receive corresponds exactly to what is stated on the label. We refuse to sell any adulterated or blended honey: our jars contain exclusively monofloral Manuka honey , without the addition of syrups or honeys from other origins. Furthermore, we prioritize the most respectful packaging methods: cold extraction and no harsh pasteurization, in order to preserve the honey's enzymes, aromas, and beneficial properties. Complete traceability is guaranteed: each jar can be linked to a certificate of analysis and the apiary of origin, ensuring total transparency for our customers.

Environmental sustainability and bee protection

We understand that without bees, there is no honey. That's why we are committed to sustainable and environmentally friendly beekeeping practices. In practical terms, this means working with beekeepers who leave the bees with enough honey for their own sustenance, even after the harvest (rather than feeding them sugar syrup). Our partners also pledge not to use harmful chemical treatments in the hives and to place colonies in wild and protected areas, far from agricultural pesticides. Local biodiversity is a priority: some of our apiaries actively participate in reforestation programs by planting Manuka trees and other nectar-producing species to provide bees with a rich floral habitat while combating soil erosion. Our practices thus aim to protect bees and their ecosystem, ensuring that Manuka honey production remains viable for generations to come.

Ethics and Fair Trade

Behind every jar of Manuka honey lies the passionate work of men and women – beekeepers, members of rural or Māori communities, laboratory technicians, and more. We ensure that the entire production chain is ethical and fair . This includes fair compensation for our beekeeping partners in New Zealand: paying a fair price for high-quality honey supports their way of life and encourages their commitment to quality, rather than seeking the lowest cost. We prioritize long-term agreements that benefit both parties and build mutual trust. Many of our partners are family or community-run operations, sometimes linked to Māori tribes who own the Manuka lands: working hand in hand with them, respecting their traditions and local knowledge, is an integral part of our commitment. In France, we maintain the same ethical standards with our teams and customers: honest communication, responsive customer service, and transparency regarding origin and pricing.

Innovation and awareness

As a committed player in the Manuka honey sector, we invest in innovation and raising awareness . Innovation means developing new Manuka honey-based products (formulas with propolis, natural cosmetics, and dietary supplements), always with the aim of improving our customers' well-being without compromising our quality standards. Raising awareness means sharing our knowledge of apitherapy and environmental issues. For example, we support educational initiatives on bee protection and learning about the world of beekeeping, whether through workshops, partnerships with associations, or educational content on our platforms.

Our overall commitment can be summed up in one sentence: to offer you exceptional Manuka honey while doing what's right for the planet, the bees, and the people who produce it. By choosing our Manuka honey, you can be sure you're enjoying a carefully selected product, sourced from a sustainable and ethical supply chain, and imbued with strong values. It's our way of making this extraordinary nectar taste even better.
